Main use
It is used for mechanical automatic collection of samples of bulk materials such as coal and mineral products entering the factory. The carriage is automatically positioned, and the sampling position and depth are completely randomly generated by the computer, completely excluding the influence of human factors. It is widely used in steel, coking, coal, chemical industry, port, grain and other industries.
Equipment composition
The system consists of cart traveling mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism, sampling head assembly, iron removal belt feeder, crushing system, shrinking system, sample collector, waste material return system, vehicle automatic positioning system and computer control system. Working principle The traveling mechanism of the cart is installed on the track in the sampling room and walks along the direction of the car; the traveling mechanism of the cart is installed on the cart and walks along the length direction of the cart; the sampling device travels with the cart, and the sampling head enters the carriage under the drive of the lifting mechanism to sample. The car position is determined by the automatic positioning system, and the sampling position and depth are randomly generated by the control system.

Main features
1. The system can accurately locate the position of the carriage. Within the scope of the carriage, the sampling points are completely random, the sampling depth is completely random, and the sampling can be carried out continuously at three points. The front, middle and rear parts of each carriage and the upper, middle and lower parts of the material depth direction have the same probability of being collected. Completely eliminate the interference of human factors, can realize fully automatic sampling.
2. The whole set of equipment is fully automatic controlled by computer PLC, with automatic, semi-automatic, manual and other working modes; generally in automatic working mode, manual mode for equipment maintenance; switching of various modes are authorized; equipment has a high degree of automation, which can reduce the influence of human factors.
3. After the whole sampling and sample preparation operation is completed, various operation information (parameters) are automatically stored. Print operation information and reports automatically or manually. The sampling information may enter the local area network system.
4. The program function system has the functions of self-diagnosis, fault alarm, fault type and fault location prompt, which is convenient for equipment maintenance.

7. Fully automatic sampling, cloth, iron removal, crushing, shrinking, sample collection and material discarding collection ensure the authenticity and representativeness of sampled samples. The whole sampling and sample preparation process is fully automatic under the control of computer PLC.
8. The entire sampling and sample preparation process has an automatic cleaning function to ensure that the samples taken and prepared by each vehicle do not appear mixed.
