It is used in electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemical, environmental protection, cement, paper making, geological exploration, scientific research institutes and other industries to determine the melting process of non-single compounds with no fixed melting point such as coal ash.
Technical features/Technical Features
1. Advanced technology: imported CCD digital camera, automatic aperture lens and control system are adopted to automatically complete the coal ash fusion test; image reflection technology and independent camera cooling structure are adopted to reduce the influence of heat radiation on the camera system and prolong its service life.
2. Automatic sample delivery: ensure that the sample is not biased and avoid the problem of inaccurate positioning caused by manual sample delivery.
3. Leading image processing capability: real-time monitoring of the whole test process, using highly intelligent image processing and image recognition technology, it can accurately automatically distinguish, save and print the characteristic temperatures of DT (deformation temperature), ST (softening temperature), HT (hemisphere temperature), FT (flow temperature), etc.
4. Strong post-analysis ability: The real-time image can be automatically saved according to the user-defined heating interval. After the test is completed, the test process can be reproduced for further analysis and processing. According to the playback image, the four characteristic temperatures automatically judged by the computer can be manually determined again.
5. Strong atmosphere applicability: a variety of atmosphere test methods can be used: oxidizing atmosphere, weak reducing atmosphere (carbon sealing method, ventilation method)
6. While the computer automatically monitors the video, it is also convenient to view the real ash cone condition in the current furnace through a specially designed manual observation device.
