The environmental protection index is better than the national ultra-low emission limit, and it has become the best demonstration power plant in the world.
In February 2011, China Guodian Corporation, China Power Engineering Consulting Group, and Shanghai Electric Power Station Group signed a joint cooperative development agreement to jointly implement the "Key Technology Research Project for Secondary Reheat Coal-fired Generating Units" and the construction of the second phase of Taizhou Power Plant Project It is one of the important measures.
The project is completely independently developed and manufactured by China. The success of the test not only means that China has completely got rid of the shackles of foreign intellectual property rights in terms of high-parameter and large-capacity units, but also set three world highs in terms of power generation efficiency, power generation coal consumption, and environmental indicators.
Yang Hongqiang said that the designed power generation efficiency of the project is 47.82, which is higher than the best level at home and abroad and 2 percentage points higher than the best level of millions of domestic units. Coal consumption for power generation is 256.8 grams per kilowatt-hour, 6 grams per kilowatt-hour lower than the best level in the world today. The emission concentrations of soot, carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides are 4.58mg/Nm3, 20mg/Nm3 and 36mg/Nm3 respectively, reaching the gas turbine emission level and ultra-low emission.
Recently, China is undergoing a painful period of economic structural transformation. As one of the five development concepts, "green development" has once again been included in the key list of China's "13th Five-Year" development plan by Chinese high-level officials. The success of this test will undoubtedly play an exemplary role in the promotion and application of secondary reheat technology in the domestic power generation industry.
Speaking of the promotion and application of secondary reheating technology, Zhang Zongfu, chief engineer of China Guodian Corporation, said that secondary reheating technology is suitable for large units of 600000 kilowatts and 1 million kilowatts. "Different cities will combine costs and benefits according to their own conditions and market needs. If the unit can maintain the maximum rated power operation all the year round, then the market return rate of this technology will be maximized."
He told reporters that although the project is still in the further experimental stage, many cities are ready to introduce secondary reburning technology. "Construction has started in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, and construction in Suqian City and Boxing City in Shandong Province will also start next year."
